The Fair opens this Friday at 9:00 AM! We’re all super excited and busily finishing up all the last minute projects.
Here’s a few things going on in various places:
As you come on to Halbert Lane, you’ll notice a new building to your right; many have wondered “what is it for?” It’s a new Aquaponics type greenhouse, built for helping to supply our Homestead Market with fresh, naturally grown produce year round.
Brazos Valley Cheese has moved from their location near Gholson Rd to near the new greenhouse in our old grocery store. They’re pretty excited about their new facility. Stop by there during the year for a tour of how we make cheese in Texas (which some had said was not possible to do).
We’ve added a new 70+ car parking lot behind our gift barn that is just about ready for use! We’re really excited about the new available space for all of our guests.
