If you’ve never heard the sound of a loom in use, now is the time to stop in and see the beautiful products that the weavers are producing for the Fair! From plant to spinning wheel, to loom to finished item, this shop is a busy beehive of activity, as well as a rainbow palette of color.

Chenille scarves are a huge hit and big seller, there will be about 200 of them in all colors ready for the Fair. So far 140 of them are complete are ready to display. And for just that many scarves 58 miles worth of Chenille has been used.

The threads in one of the Double Orange Peel coverlets on the loom for the Fair has 3,072 threads and 104 hours total weaving time. It’s still on the loom, only 40 hours have been accomplished, leaving a total of about 60 +/- more to go!

There will be hand spun, hand dyed and hand painted skeins of yarn ready to purchase on your way through the shop.

Beautiful dish towels, one-of-a-kind linen market bags, baby blankets, rugs, table runners, Fair Isle Caps, knit Pandas, Elephants, Zebras, Monkeys, lots of cute tote bags and hundreds of other items will be on display and for sale during the Fair and all year long.

This shop will be open during the entire Fair, as well as having a display in the wing of the Pavilion to the left, just pass the sewing area.
