Homestead Meat Market is working lots of extra hours to produce enough hot dogs, sausages and hamburgers to feed all of the expected guests to this year’s Fair! It took 24.5 hours of continuous prep and smoking to complete 1,100 spicy jalapeño sausage for the American food booth. Stop by and try one out!
