My sister-in-law Tirzah and her husband Clayton are working on finalizing the map of the fairgrounds with all the locations of each booth and event for the Fair program handout. In another kitchen we find our bakers from Artisan Ovens and some volunteers mixing up and shaping 1,780 fresh, whole flour hot dog buns. These buns are meal on their own and when you add a hot dog made from all natural, grass fed beef, you’re in for a fabulous treat. [envira-gallery id=”1380″]
One of the best things about the Fair is it that everyone from oldest to the youngest can participate.
