We work to keep Fair information useful and current, but schedules, performers, activities, food, parking, weather plans and availability may change. Website content is general information and is not a guarantee that a particular activity, product or service will be available. Check current notices before traveling or making a purchase.
Tickets and third-party services
Ticketing, payments, maps, video, email and other features may be provided by third parties under their own terms and privacy notices. Homestead Fair is not responsible for a third party’s independent service, security or availability. A link does not imply endorsement beyond the identified Fair relationship.
Giveaways
Every Homestead Fair giveaway is governed by its specifically identified Official Rules. No website statement creates an entry outside the published entry period or methods. If promotional copy conflicts with the applicable Official Rules, the Official Rules control.

You may use this site for lawful, personal and informational purposes. You may not interfere with site operation, bypass security, submit false information, impersonate another person, harvest data, introduce malicious code, automate prohibited entries, or use Fair names, logos, photographs or content in a misleading or unauthorized manner.
