Parking, shuttles, food service, keeping the grounds clean: the Fair runs on helping hands. Pick a two-hour shift, or several.

Good to know

Who can volunteer?
Anyone 18 or older.
How long is a shift?
Two hours. Choose one shift or several: Friday and Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM, Sunday from 11 AM to 5 PM.
Can I choose where I help?
Tell us your preferences on the form. They help us plan, and assignments may change with the Fair’s needs.
What does the form ask for?
Your name, email, mobile number, gender, volunteer T-shirt size, shifts and areas, plus optional notes. You don’t need to include exact time windows or medical details.
Who handles my sign-up?
The form is hosted by Jotform for the Homestead Fair, and our volunteer team reviews each sign-up. See our privacy notice.
